A journalist specializing in wine, agri-food, and tourism, he has been a professional journalist for over 30 years. He was a pioneer in these fields in the Castilla y León press. He has written over 8,000 newspaper articles and a thousand radio and television programs over the past 25 years. Every week, he writes articles and reports for El Mundo de Castilla y León and its supplement, La Posada. On Saturday mornings, he appears on the program El Picaporte (Esradio), and at night, he appears on the veteran regional program El Arcón, on CYLTV Channel 7. He has received the Cossío Award for his professional career and the National Gastronomy, Hospitality, and Sommelier Awards, among many other recognitions. He is the most followed working journalist in Castilla y León on social media.
