She studied at Estudio College and St. Anne's School, continuing her education at schools in the United States, England, and France. She holds a law degree from San Pablo CEU University, a postgraduate degree in Advanced Publishing Studies from Oxford Brookes University, and a degree from the Advanced Program in Business Management and Communications Management from Instituto de Empresa. She joined the Gourmets Group in January 1996. At that time, she was responsible for external relations, relations with the press and authorities, and also managed the Communications Department of the Gourmets Fair, a role she continues to perform today. She has edited more than 50 books during her career and, since 2006, has been Deputy Director of the Gourmets Group and Director of the magazine Club de Gourmets.
