He studied Mechanical Engineering at Yamagata University. He joined Ichimasa Kamaboko Co., Ltd. and was primarily responsible for managing the production of fish paste products at the factory. He has served as plant manager of the maitake cultivation center, general manager of the maitake business in China, deputy manager general of the Corporate Planning Department, and currently, general manager of the Biological Business Department.
