III Conference “Crossing the Line. Flavors of the Border”
The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sport is organizing a program of activities, from October 30 to December 8 , consisting of gastronomic events, an exhibition, motorcycle routes, a round table discussion and a concert by the OSCyL.

From October 30 to December 23, 2026, at the exhibition hall of the Casa del Parque "El Torreón de Sobradillo", in Sobradillo (Salamanca). The official opening will take place on November 21.
