The Círculo Amistad Numancia has been declared a Site of Cultural Interest as of October 5, 2023. Located in the historic center of Soria (Collado street), the popular Casino, as it is known in the city, is one of the oldest from Spain. It occupies a building from the mid-19th century that preserves its original structure and has not lost its essence.

In 1961 the two centenary institutions were united, on the one hand, the Casino of Numancia, which originated in 1848, and on the other, the Círculo Amistad, created in 1865.

The Casino has been present in all facets of Soria's social life, in aspects as diverse as charity or the highly appreciated society balls with pianos and orchestras. Their main activities were partying, playing, gathering and reading. It has a bibliographical collection of great value that has been transferred to the Provincial Historical Archive for cataloguing.
