The museo de las ferias was created to highlight the importance of the economy and culture of Medina del Campo in the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries. The collection recalls local history and tries to convey the significance of the financial and commercial meetings which took place during these centuries, and the repercussions these had on society (economy, culture, art...) both in the past and today.
