From September 16 to October 14 , on Tuesday afternoons at 7:00 p.m., the 3rd Conference Series "ONCE UPON A TIME, SEGOVIA" will be held at the headquarters of the Provincial Historical Archive of Segovia. The theme will be "ROADS, ROUTES AND COMMUNICATION WAYS IN THE PROVINCE OF SEGOVIA" , with free admission until full capacity is reached.

The Provincial Historical Archive of Segovia is a cultural center whose functions include disseminating its documentary collections and raising awareness of both the content and value of what it preserves.

The difficulty of accessing this information for non-specialists requires a significant effort to disseminate information and find topics and content that appeal to everyone. Therefore, the Archive proposes organizing a series of talks aimed at all audiences, but given by specialists with firsthand knowledge of the subject.

In 2023, a series of five talks began under the title "ONCE UPON A TIME, SEGOVIA." It held its second edition last year and aims to showcase the value of historical archives focused on knowledge of the province of Segovia. This year, the theme focuses on the roads and transit routes that run through the province, defining its characteristics. This third edition will be titled "ROADS, ROUTES, AND COMMUNICATION WAYS IN THE PROVINCE OF SEGOVIA," seeking to communicate the contents of the documentation preserved over the centuries, from Roman times to the present day.
