This gastronomic event celebrates the culinary richness of La Raya through a journey of flavors, ingredients, and traditions that unite both sides of the border. During these days, participants will discover the fusion of emblematic recipes that characterize this cross-border region.

The culinary proposal combines the best of both territories, offering traditional dishes reinterpreted with a contemporary touch, as well as recipes that have survived through generations. Each participating restaurant will highlight the authenticity of its products, emphasizing the history and heritage that each dish reflects.

In addition to culinary experiences, the event invites participants to explore the culture, nature, and heritage of La Raya, a region shared by Castilla y León and the North and Central regions of Portugal, which forms part of the Transboundary Biosphere Reserve of the Iberian Plateau. This initiative offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the cuisine while simultaneously discovering the landscapes and history that shape the culinary traditions of La Raya. This second edition includes an ethnographic exhibition, motorcycle tours, a roundtable discussion on the history and relationship between Spain and Portugal, and culminates with a concert by the OSCYL brass quintet.
