Lecture series on food and nutrition. Wednesday, December 3rd:
  • Ultra-processed foods: a risk to our health and the environment.
    Regular consumption can affect our health, increasing the risk of chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular problems. Furthermore, we will explore its environmental impact, from industrial production to resource waste and pollution.
Wednesday, December 10:
  • We are what we eat: are we ultra-processed people?
    Food influences our identity and our lifestyle.
    What we eat not only affects our physical health, but also how we relate to others and the world, and how we can regain more conscious and authentic choices in our daily lives.
Wednesday, December 17:
  • Cooking is about resilience: how to transform habits even during the Christmas season.
    We will explore practical strategies to transform eating habits, enjoy celebrations without compromising health, and reconnect with homemade and traditional food.
