Born in 1994, Martina has been involved in the world of gastronomy from a very young age, growing up in a family environment deeply connected to cooking. She is the daughter of chef Fina Puigdevall and sommelier Manel Puigvert, leading figures in Catalan haute cuisine.

A graduate in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts from the Basque Culinary Center, she has expanded her training in restaurants such as Blue Hill at Stone Barns in New York, with Dan Barber, and Gustu in Bolivia, a project with a strong social commitment.
