Raised by the brotherhood of the same name in the sixteenth century in the place where the brothers carried out penance or discipline. The cover was drawn by the architect Rodrigo Gil de Hontañón. The interior was remodeled to the baroque taste by Joaquín de Churriguera in the 18th century. It has a Latin cross plan with a single nave, covered with a vault of lunettes. Stresses the magnificent altarpiece of Joaquín de Churriguera chaired by the image of the Immaculate Conception.
