Having spent much of her career in hotels, Chef Veronica is comfortable and knowledgeable in the hospitality industry. As a professional chef, she always stays up-to-date with new cooking methods and diverse products and equipment, constantly evolving her recipes and presentations. Veronica completed her training at the iconic Cape Town Hotel, The Belmont Mount Nelson. She has been Executive Chef at The Silo Hotel since December 2016, one of the country's finest hotels and renowned for its excellent cuisine. She is passionate about produce and flavor, capturing the best that nature has to offer in every dish.
