Born in Soria in 1981, he holds a degree in Journalism (2004) and a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing and Community Management (2016). As a journalist specializing in gastronomy, he coordinates the La Posada supplement for El Mundo Castilla y León; and is responsible for the "Menú del Día" section for Heraldo-Diario de Soria, a media outlet for which he has worked since 2006. He participated as a judge in events such as the first National Pastry Competition for Hospitality Students. Passionate about local and seasonal products, in addition to the weekly recipes he offers his readers, he is working on a future publication on market cuisine.
