Participating Chef - Chile

Pilar is a young Chilean chef trained in some of the world's finest restaurants. After completing her studies at INACAP in her native Chile, she decided to travel the world to train with today's best chefs. Noteworthy among these were her time at El Celler de Can Roca and later at El Bulli. Her career is not limited to Spanish cuisine, having moved on to Malabar restaurant in Venezuela, Le Peiti Nice in France, New Zealand, and Chile. A total of 15 years of experience in various international kitchens. She professes to loving healthy, purposeful cooking and currently manages the kitchens of Gracia restaurant in Santiago, Chile.
