Melinda Padilla is responsible for the Repsol Guide's Gastronomic Ratings, which includes the renowned Repsol Guide Suns and Repsol Guide Suns. Between these two awards, the Guide recognizes more than 6,000 establishments across Spain, of all kinds, but with the common denominator of gastronomic quality and diner satisfaction, essential for inclusion in the Repsol Guide rankings.
Her work is challenging but very rewarding, as it allows her to discover and promote the incredible diversity and quality of Spanish cuisine.
