Chef Jasbir Kaur
A multi-award-winning executive chef, Jasbir Kaur has appeared on the television series Good Morning Chef and is the creator of the series Ignite the Chef in You . She is currently the President of the Auckland Chefs Association.
Jasbir holds a degree in hospitality management, gastronomy, and nutrition. Chef Jazz is a City and Guilds External Auditor, UK. He has worked in top hotels and restaurants in five countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, India, New Zealand, and Spain.
He has served as a judge at major international competitions such as the National Cheese Competition, the New Zealand Chocolate Competition, the 2nd International Cooking with Truffle Competition, and the San Francisco Culinary Expo.
In the field of education, she has launched three culinary schools in New Zealand, responsible for developing and coordinating the culinary programs. She has been the Managing Director of Ignite Colleges for the past three years.
