Rubén Escribano Gil de GómezRubén Escribano Gil de Gómez Rubén Escribano Gil de Gómez is a geographer and PhD candidate in Environment and Territorial Planning at the University of Zaragoza (Unizar). He specializes in Geographic Information Technologies (Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing) and is pursuing a research project focused on "Edible Mushrooms: Sustainable Management and Enhancement of Mycological Resources." He is currently a research coordinator at the MicoAragón Association.

He was a research technician at the Center for Agri-Food Research and Technology of Aragon (CITA) (2019-2022) and a collaborator of the Climate, Water, Global Change and Natural Systems Research Group at the University of Zaragoza (2019-2023). He has participated in 8 competitive R&D&I projects, both national (6) and regional (2). He has also contributed to several scientific articles. He has participated as a speaker at national and regional conferences and congresses. He has also contributed to the drafting of competitive projects on the sustainable management and valorization of mycological resources and to the organization of several national events on this topic.
