From grape to bottle there is a whole process, which the author tries to describe from a chemical point of view, because wine also makes Chemistry exciting.

Eladio Riesco Hernández was born on September 22, 1957, in San Miguel de la Ribera, within the Toro DOP of Origin. He holds a degree in Chemistry and is a Chemical Engineer. He dedicated his professional life to teaching at the secondary level. His interest in oenology led him to share this knowledge with students and in courses organized for teachers. In this book, he shares his passion and enthusiasm for wine, which he hopes you will enjoy.
