Teenagers, screens and the brain: who hacks whom? is a talk aimed at families, educators and professionals who live daily with teenagers in a hyperconnected world full of digital stimuli.

Through a clear, rigorous, and accessible approach, this talk will explore how screens influence the adolescent brain, what happens neurobiologically when there is constant overstimulation, and why emotions, attention, and self-control seem more fragile than ever. Far from alarmist rhetoric or the "everything is bad" approach, the talk aims to understand before judging.

We'll talk about neurohacking, dopamine, digital habits, and boundaries, but also about support, connection, and emotional education. Are we facing an addiction or a lack of digital literacy? Can we redirect our relationship with technology without banning everything? What real role do adults have beyond simply saying, "Put your phone away!"?

The session aims to offer practical keys, shared reflection, and real tools to reconnect with teenagers, helping them build a healthier, more conscious, and balanced relationship with technology, without turning it into the enemy.

A chat to understand what's happening... and, above all, what we can do.
