The Palacio del Cordón is one of the most interesting modern buildings in Zamora from the beginning of the 16th century.

The façade is crowned with a cornice of scallops and ten gargoyles, framed with a Franciscan cord with the coats of arms of the counts of Puñonrostro in the upper part. It now houses the Museum of Zamora.
