Chef Petrina Loh began her professional career in the banking world. After eight successful years, she realized that finances were not fulfilling and decided to radically change her life, developing her true passion: cooking. She decided to study in the United States at the California Culinary Academy. She continued her training by working in the kitchens of some of the country's best restaurants, such as Spruce, Atelier Crenn (2* Michelin), State Bird Provisions, and Bouchon. She has also worked with Chef Walter Abrams, The French Laundry, Chef Mark Sullivan, and Chef John Madriga. After four years at the helm of Morsels restaurant on Mayo Street, she decided to move to a new concept in Dempsey Hill. Shortly after moving the restaurant, in early 2017, she won two important awards at the World Gourmet Summit's Awards of Excellence 2017 – being named Restaurant of the Year and Best Chef. A few months ago, it also received a star in Wine & Dine's Top Restaurants 2017.
