César BoalCésar Boal César Boal is a chef and owner of La Brasería de San Rafael and La Casona del Espinar. He is the president of the chefs' association "Maestres de Cocina de Castilla y León" and has participated in and taught numerous cooking courses throughout Spain. La Brasería is a restaurant and tavern that combines traditional Segovian dishes with sophisticated cuisine, featuring a distinct use of different varieties of mushrooms, fungi, and truffles year-round. He has participated as a judge in numerous regional and national cooking competitions.
