José Antonio AntónJosé Antonio Antón José Antonio Antón has been the chef and owner of La Chistera Restaurant in Soria since 1996, which is a member of the Tierra de Sabor guarantee brand. He has won numerous competitions such as the 12th National Black Truffle Gastronomic Competition in 2014, the Local and Provincial Black Truffle Competition of Soria in 2010 or the Best Torrezno of Innovation held in El Burgo de Osma (Soria) in 2014. He is a collaborator and creator of high-end dishes for the company Arotz, located in the town of Navaleno (Soria), and has participated in all the editions of the mycological tapa in the city of Soria, winning some, from 2015 to the present date of 2018. He was named Honorary Slaughterer of the Slaughterhouses of the Virrey Palafox Restaurant in Burgo de Osma (Soria) in 2013 and First Prize in the traditional Torrezno competition 2016. Antón is a member of the Masters of Cuisine Associations of Castilla y León and Eurotoques.
