Leonardo Marongiu graduated from Motti in Reggio Emilia. He is currently a chef and consultant at the Hub restaurant and café, where he develops a sincere cuisine with great respect for the produce, with truffles being one of his specialties. For years, he was assistant to Luciano Tona, a master of masters and a leading figure in contemporary Italian cuisine. For almost six years, he was a teaching chef at Alma, the leading Italian cooking school in Europe. During his time there, he had the opportunity to work with some of the best Italian and international chefs, such as Massimo Bottura, Cannavacciuolo, Leemann, and Lopriore.
