Mari Luz Almería has a degree in History and is a tourism development agent. Since 2001, she has successfully managed the "Cañadas Reales (Drovers' road)" hostel in the town of Abejar, Soria. She is a member of the Soria Truffle Fair organization in Abejar and has been part of the organizing committee since its inception eighteen years ago.
