Antonio ArrabalAntonio Arrabal He was born in Barcelona, ​​although two months later he moved with his family to Zaragoza, the city where he studied hospitality. He has 17 years of experience in luxury hotel kitchens in different cities across Spain. He has sought to capture the best of each region and conveys that richness of influences and flavors in every dish. He has participated in numerous culinary competitions and was a runner-up in the first edition of Top Chef Spain. In 2016, he opened La Jamada, a restaurant in the center of Burgos , where he is both chef and owner. A few years later, in 2018, LAB La Jamada emerged, a laboratory dedicated to cooking workshops and gastronomic research, of which he is the director. He is the reigning champion of the International Cooking with Truffle Competition, which he won in 2019.
