Juan Carlos is a young Spanish chef who trained in hospitality at the school in his hometown, Soria. He then continued his training at various schools in Spain in various subjects such as creative cuisine, pastry making, and mycology. After his training, he began his working life working in several restaurants in different parts of Spain, such as Gaminiz in Bilbao and Amparito Roca in Guadalajara, eventually joining El Bulli in 2005. He later returned to Soria and joined the family business Grupo BNT, specializing in the hospitality industry. Alongside his training, he developed his catering line with Grumer Catering, specializing in event catering. Since his youth, he has always enjoyed participating in various competitions, winning first prize at the Abejar Truffle Fair several times.
