President of the Royal Spanish Academy of Gastronomy and founder of the Aragonese Academy of Gastronomy. Founding member of the Madrid Fusion International Gastronomy Congress, of which she has been the Director since its founding. With a degree in Optics, Optometry, and Contact Lenses, she began her career in the culinary world at the Alambique School, where she was a professor and member. She was the director of Restauradores Magazine and, during her more than 20 years dedicated to the world of gastronomic press, she has collaborated on various magazines and radio and television programs, receiving, in 2004, the National Gastronomy Award for the best work in gastronomic press. She has given lectures and participated in roundtable discussions at universities and symposiums related to the world of tourism and gastronomy. She is also the co-author of several Spanish cookbooks.
