Upon completing her studies, Estefanía worked in prestigious hotels in Buenos Aires and at a very young age joined the team that opened the iconic Palacio Duhau Park Hyatt. She began her journey through important kitchens in Buenos Aires and around the world. She traveled to Spain and worked with Ramón Freixa, who gave her a unique perspective on Spanish cuisine. During her time in Milan, she participated in the opening of II Porteño Gourmet Milano. She returned to Argentina and decided to bring her knowledge to various kitchens in the capital specializing in Spanish food. In recent years, she has decided to accept a new challenge and has taken charge of the
Management of the Loles Food Market company. Estefanía's cuisine is characterized by a great deal of creativity, without altering the essence of the products that make up her dishes, which blend the different flavors of the world.
