Rubén ArnanzRubén Arnanz At just 29 years old, he earned his first Michelin star in Segovia, becoming one of the youngest chefs to be recognized with this distinction. Traveling to different countries and learning from the most diverse cultures, Arnanz has cooked and trained in some of the world's best restaurants, subsequently promoting the New Castilian Cuisine. He collaborates with leading food companies with a team of biologists and nutritionists in the creativity, research, and development departments for new products and food solutions that reach homes. He has presented his first book, "Ancha es Castilla," in which he highlights the New Castilian Cuisine. He collaborates with 16 national and international schools and universities and was recently recognized by OAD Europe as one of the top 50 New Restaurants.
