Jiale Pan is a passionate chef with a distinguished career in international gastronomy, specializing in Asian, Spanish, and French fusion cuisine. His career began in 2007 as a kitchen assistant at Mr. Wok (Pamplona), where he discovered his calling. He quickly rose to head chef at restaurants such as Mr. Wok, Mr. Rice, and Jiapan.
Throughout his career, he gained valuable experience in renowned kitchens, completing internships at the restaurants of Martín Berasategui and Paco Morales, and was part of the DiverXO team in Madrid, Dabiz Muñoz's three-Michelin-starred restaurant.
Trained at Le Cordon Bleu, he earned diplomas in French Cuisine, Pastry Making, and Spanish Cuisine, emerging as the top student on several occasions.
It has been recognized in various gastronomic competitions, with awards such as the Golden Pincho and Best Dessert Pincho at the 2024 Provincial Pinchos Competition of Valladolid , as well as other awards in national and regional competitions, including the 3rd Prize in the 2023 National Pinchos and Tapas Competition of the City of Valladolid .
