III International Congress of Mycology - October 29-30, 2012 - Soria
ONCE AGAIN, SORIA BECOMES THE WORLD REFERENCE IN MYCOLOGY
Journalists and chefs from Spain, Sweden, Portugal, Canada, Colombia, and India come to the city and province to share their knowledge of the world of mushrooms with more than 200 attendees , including restaurateurs, chefs, food journalists, mushroom growers, biologists, and mycologists. All accompanied by revealing and interesting cooking demonstrations.
The 3rd International Congress of Gastronomic Mycology in Soria , promoted by the Junta de Castilla y León and organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, will celebrate its third edition on October 29 and 30, 2012. On this occasion, the Congress has Cantabria as its guest community, represented by the participation of two renowned chefs.
