Chef Elena LucasChef Elena Lucas He is the third generation of a family of hoteliers from Navaleno.

A graduate of the Castilla y León School of Hospitality in Soria, Elena trained at the Santo Mauro Hotel in Madrid before opening her Lobita in 2001, where she holds a Michelin star and a Repsol Sun.

Since then, she has been a finalist in various competitions (Castilla y León Bocuse d'Or; National Cuisine with a Mudéjar Touch; winner of the National Truffle Competition in 2011, etc.), in addition to having participated in the most important gastronomic conferences.

Its cuisine, a faithful expression of its surroundings in a contemporary key, has made it one of the benchmarks of Castilla y León cuisine.
