Natalia Daries-Ramón holds a PhD in Business Administration; a Master's degree in Information and Knowledge Society; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management; a Bachelor's degree in Market Research and Techniques; and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism.
She currently serves as Director of the Department of Economics and Business at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Tourism at the University of Lleida (Spain) and is an Adjunct Professor of Hospitality and Gastronomy at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
She completed her thesis in 2018 on the relational dynamics of high-end gastronomy and tourist destinations. She is currently co-principal investigator of a ministerial project on the importance of gastronomy for the image and positioning of tourist destinations and how it can become a focal point of attraction.
