Of French origin, Chef Tilly has a long and successful career spanning 19 years. After training in France, he began a long and successful career in prestigious restaurants. Between 1997 and 1999, he worked at the Locquénolé restaurant in Brittany. He later moved to Paris to continue learning from the greatest chefs at the Boulogne-Billancourt. A new stage in his career took him to the Palace Hotel Meurice restaurant in Paris, which held a Michelin star at the time, as chef de partie. From 2007 to 2012, he moved to India and managed the kitchens of the Orient Express restaurant in New Delhi. Since then, he has continued his international career, managing the Taj Palace Marrakech, Morocco, and the restaurant at the luxurious Buckingham Gate & Saint James Court hotel in London. Since July 2017, he has successfully managed the restaurant of the prestigious Taj Majal chain in Cape Town, South Africa, considered one of the most luxurious hotels in the country.
