Born in Italy, in Emilia Romagna, he trained and worked from an early age on the Romagna coast. At 18, he decided to move to Madrid to work in the kitchens of the Westin Palace for two and a half years. After this stint, he moved to Barcelona to the prestigious restaurant at the Hotel Arts. In Barcelona, he spent two years at Paco Pérez's Enoteca restaurant (two Michelin stars), another two years in Barcelona working at another four-star hotel and collaborating on the hospitality side of the Moto GP awards and on the television show Master Chef. After his time in Spain, he decided to cross the world to work in several restaurants in Australia and New Zealand, where he continued his training. He currently works with chef Aitor Olabegoya and his culinary group, which operates out of China. From there, he works on the development and development of the group's prestigious restaurants, which are present in Beijing, Cambodia, and Taipei.
