Kimberly Lallouz
Participating Chef - Canada - South Korea
Restaurant: Monsieur Restaurant & Bar, Montreal, Canada
Kimberly Lallouz began her professional career in the fashion world as a lover of the senses and artistic expression. Despite this, since she was a child, she felt an admiration and passion for cooking and its products, something that would follow her as she grew older. After self-training, she opened her first restaurant, Miss Pret-a-Manger, on Bleury Street in Montreal's financial district. Other establishments soon followed: Monsieur Restaurant & Bar, Miss Tennis, Petite Miss Pret (a non-profit project aimed at children), Restaurant du Mac, Birdbar, and Henden. The originality of her dishes, organic products that are as local as possible and as fresh as possible, in addition to the care and passion that goes into each dish, are undoubtedly the success of her businesses. A successful entrepreneur, she has accumulated prestigious international awards, including the title of ambassador for the Alba white truffle. Despite all this, she still enjoys finding free time to travel the world with her brother, with whom she is currently developing a television show based on their travels. Nicknamed "The Boss" for her leadership qualities and business success, she makes time to train her kitchen teams and spend as much time with them as possible. She has been recognized as one of Montreal's most influential chefs. Since 2016, she has had her own cooking show on the Zeste network.
