Under the guidance of María Barrutia and Guido Tassi, he served as head chef at Restó, where he acquired his culinary maturity. He directed the kitchen at Casa Coupage until opening Primum, his own restaurant, in San Isidro, where he masterfully expressed his elaborate cuisine, prioritizing and respecting the simple, distinctive flavors of each ingredient with admirable touches. For several years now, he has been sharing his knowledge by teaching classes and participating in television programs on FTV, Utilísima, and Fox Life. Currently, he provides consulting services and captivates the most discerning palates by cooking behind closed doors at KNOCK, one of the most prestigious restaurants in Buenos Aires.
