He studied at the Santo Domingo de la Calzada School of Hospitality Management. He trained while working in restaurants such as El Celler de Can Roca, Las Rejas, and Paul Bocuse in Lyon, as well as in other restaurants in Italy and England. Recognized as Best Chef of Castilla y León in 2007 and nominated as Breakthrough Chef at Madrid Fusión 2009, in 2013, he won the Bocuse d'Or in Castilla y León and was runner-up in Spain in the same competition in 2014. His business career with the La Roca Group is admirable, with the opening of several restaurants, such as La Roca Miranda in 2014 and La Roca Boadilla del Monte in 2022. In November 2023, he will achieve the coveted Michelin Star with Erre de Roca. He currently leads the La Roca Group, which has seven restaurants, an event venue, and a central kitchen.
