Antonio RomanoAntonio Romano Born in Rome in 1993, after his studies he moved to London where he worked at the two-Michelin-starred Dinner (by Heston Blumenthal). He returned to Italy where he worked under the orders of Heinz Beck (three Michelin stars) and with him launched La Pergola. He decided to move to Milan and later to Tuscany, where he earned his first Michelin star at the age of 26. His experiences have led him to create a cuisine for all tastes, in which meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes are processed with different approaches, always remaining linked to constant attention to the ingredients and the quality of the raw materials. Elegance and flavor are the essential characteristics at the base of each dish.
