He studied Gastronomy at the University of London in Mexico City, his hometown. He took Molecular Gastronomy courses with chef Gunther Auerbach (Ciboulette). He began as a Chef at the Novits Hotel and was invited to collaborate at the La Tana restaurant in Condesa. He sought out new challenges by joining the Princess Cruises team. Upon returning to land, he joined the Lampuga team of the Hunan Group. In 2020, he participated in the new Concours Mondial de Bruxelles project in Mexico as Executive Chef. At the Wine Bar by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, he collaborated with Chef Gerardo Quezadas on the production of the cover of his book "Chile En
Nogada: 200 Years of Legend." Continuously learning, he has spent time at several Spanish restaurants, such as Villaparamesa and Trigo, a Michelin-starred restaurant.
