Marcos Montagut Liarte was born on November 9, 1981 in Barcelona (Spain), son of a Catalan father, José Martín, and an Aragonese mother, Rosa María.
He studied at the Peñalver school in Barcelona and later trained in cooking and administration, obtaining the title of Higher Technician in Restoration from the CETT school (Barcelona) and the Higher Technician in Administration and Finance from the Abat Oliva CEU school (Barcelona).
From a young age, he showed a great passion for cooking, always feeling a calling to dedicate himself to it. His curiosity and desire to learn led him to take an interest in new recipes and techniques, recording everything he learned in a notebook, a habit he maintains to this day.
After completing his studies, he began his professional career in various restaurants in Barcelona, Girona, Lleida, Paris, and Leeds, consolidating his experience in the gastronomic sector.
