Born in Argentina with Galician roots, Nahuel began his culinary career in the traditional kitchens of Spanish and French cuisine. His training was consolidated at some of the most prominent landmarks of Spanish haute cuisine, such as Akelarre (3 Michelin stars, San Sebastián) and the Torres brothers (2 Michelin stars, Barcelona), where he delved into avant-garde culinary techniques.
He later expanded his international experience by leading the kitchen at Pinella, a gourmet restaurant in Turku, southern Finland, for almost two years.
In recent years, his career has developed primarily in the Basque Country, Spain. There, he headed the kitchen of the gastronomic restaurant Bailara and served as executive chef at the Arima Hotel, a luxury eco-friendly hotel with PASSIVHAUS certification.
