Angel Moretón

Founder and president of e-Spain.
Born in Valladolid, Spain, and a law graduate, Ángel Moretón earned a master's degree in Foreign Trade Markets. He began his professional career working at the International YMCA in New York and was later appointed to head the Export Offices of the Government of Castilla y León in Miami and New York.
From 2006 to 2011, he served as Director of International Programs at the Spanish Language Foundation, where he created and developed a wide range of international programs between the United States and Spain to promote cultural and linguistic exchange between the two countries. In 2011, he assumed the leadership of the Valladolid International Cooking School, building the project from its inception and leading it to prominence among the country's culinary schools. In December 2016, he founded e-Spain, a company dedicated to training foreign professionals through internship programs in Spain, culinary trips to Spain and Portugal, and the organization of gastronomic events. From e-Spain, he has participated in the coordination of international projects such as "Cooking with Truffles" and in the creation of "Wine Palaces," "The Oceania Tapas Competition," and "Trufforum New York."
