Cristóbal MuñozCristóbal Muñoz He has a wealth of training, experience, and unusual awards for his youth: winner of the latest editions of the Michelin Guide's Young Chef Award and the Chef of the Year Competition at Alimentaria. Among other recent achievements, he is a national finalist in the 20th Copa de Jerez, and will therefore represent Spain in the international final this October alongside sommelier Laura Rodríguez.

At the Almeraya Hospitality School in his native Almería, he completed the Advanced Vocational Training Course in Kitchen Management and later specialized in Haute Pastry. In 2013, he won the first edition of the Le Cordon Bleu Madrid Promises of Haute Cuisine Competition, a prestigious school where he earned the 2014 Diploma in Cooking with Honorable Mention, a distinction he also received in 2015 for his Pastry Diploma, thus earning the Grand Diplome.
