Fernando Moret
Participating sommelier - Ambivium
Fernando Moret is part of the Ambivium sommelier team, responsible for conveying the essence of each terroir and each bottle to the customer. His youth was shaped by ongoing training along a path that began with his pastry studies and then launched him into the wine cellar with a Higher Degree at CE Cheste. Experience at events and restaurants like Lienzo*, where he began to fall in love with wine, led him to specialize with a Master's in Wine Marketing from the Basque Culinary Center. He completed his internship at Ambivium* in 2021, where he continues as a sommelier to this day.
In 2022, he was named Best Sommelier of Alicante, and in 2023, he was recognized by Las Provincias as Best Sommelier of Valencia. In this year, he also received the Certified Court Master Sommelier and the Room Award from the Valencia Hospitality Federation.
