Francois Chartier

François Chartier has been immersed in aromatic research since the late 1980s, seeking to understand the impact of aromas on our daily lives and, specifically, on the world of gastronomy, wine, and beverages. A sommelier, chef, columnist, author, researcher, consultant, trainer, and professor, his career is unique and brilliant.
His career makes him unique, as no international gastronomy professional has achieved what this master of harmony has achieved to date: he won the prestigious World's Best Sommelier award (Sopexa Grand Prix 1994 for French wine and spirits); he also won the World's Best Cookbook award twice, in 2010 in Paris and 2016 in China; and the World's Best Wine and Food Pairing Book award in 2013 in Paris.
