Alejandro Such LinuesaAlejandro Such Linuesa Alejandro Such began his career in the hospitality industry at the age of 14 in his hometown of l'Olleria (Valencia), combining his passion for cooking and music. He trained in Castellón and later in Alicante, where he completed the advanced level of Kitchen Management while working at L'Escaleta (2 Michelin stars). His experience led him to an internship at El Celler de Can Roca, where he was invited to stay after his internship.

After returning to his homeland, he continued his training, specializing in management and teaching. Since 2018, he has been the Culinary Director of the Mediterráneo Culinary Center, where he combines teaching with research in avant-garde cuisine, fusing tradition and innovative techniques. He has also worked as a culinary consultant, private chef, and writer, most notably his book, "Postres en Restauración," published by Paraninfo.
