Angel Moretón
Born in Valladolid, Spain, and a law graduate, Ángel Moretón earned a master's degree in foreign trade. He began his professional career working at the International YMCA in New York and was later appointed to manage the Export Offices of the Junta de Castilla y León in Miami and New York.
From 2006 to 2011, she joined the Spanish Language Foundation, where she created and developed a wide range of international programs between the United States and Spain to promote cultural and linguistic exchange between the two countries.
In 2011, Moretón joined the International Cooking School, building the project from the ground up and leading the institution to the top positions in the country.
In December 2016, he founded e-Spain, a company dedicated to promoting gastronomy through training, travel, and events.
