Chef Natalia Machado
Natalia Machado is the culinary director of Ville Marie Collection. She was born and raised in Buenos Aires. She likes to say that her cuisine is inspired as much by the trendy neighborhoods of Palermo and Puerto Madero as it is by Patagonia and the Pampas. Argentine culinary culture is deeply rooted in Natalia Machado; it is her heart and soul. Natalia's culinary career began just two months after she began her culinary studies, at the Museo Renault, a trendy restaurant in Buenos Aires.
Shortly after, Gato Dumas, a renowned chef and owner of several restaurants in South America, offered her a job. After graduating, Natalia worked as a pastry chef at Nectarine, while continuing her education with evening nutrition classes. Natalia moved to Voodoo in Buenos Aires, where she led the culinary team for two years.
